Black and White Birthday Celebration

Created this fast and easy card today for a class project.  Who doesn't love black and white?

Stamps: Balloon Celebration
Ink: Memento Black
Paper: It's My Party Designer Series Paper, Basic Black, Whisper White
Accessories: Stampin' Up! Washi Tape (various sets), Silver Cord, Balloon Bouquet Punch, Washi Label Punch

Don't really think much more explanation is needed.  The strips behind the baloons are washi tape. The happy birthday is stamped and punched with the Washi Label punch.
